No, the price listed is the rental price for the item itself. Set up and delivery are additional fees.
Most of our prices are for two day rentals. This allows us to have a bigger delivery and pickup window without stressing the customer about cutting it close to the event. **Some large items may only be offered by the hour/day.
We take all major credit cards and cash. If paying by cash, we must have the deposit paid with a credit card so we have a card on file. The remaining balance may be paid in cash at the delivery, but please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Yes all orders require a Credit Card security deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 21 days prior to your rental date. The deposit is 50% refundable if you cancel 15-20 days before your event. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your rental, you will be given a rain check that is good for 6 months.

We offer affordable party options for people who want to save on expensive set up costs. So a lot of our party rental options are DIY. That means we deliver the equipment to you and you set the party up yourself. By doing this, you are cutting out one of the largest costs in the party rental industry. Many of our DIY options can be rented as a “full set-up” option for an additional fee. If you don’t see that option listed, please call us for a quote.
